C | 浜口氏は独島に転籍した当時、「竹島や領土問題を国民に知ってほしい」と明かしていた。

D | 東京への再転籍については、領土問題に関心がある日本人から問い合わせを受けて実際に転籍した人もいたとし、「役割は十分に果たした」と主張している。また、前日に開かれた「竹島の日」記念式典では日本政府が閣僚級（副大臣級）ではなく政務官級の人物を派遣したことに対して「残念だ」と述べ、より強力な対外メッセージが必要だと強調した。
